As we speak... disruptive is moving forward and we don't know when and how it will hit Education in Indonesia. As an educator we need to prepare our teachers to be ready and create the future. as also mention in Alvin Toffler: Future shock, that someday the wave will hit the education. We have already seen the second wave how Gojek/ Go car beat a conventional taxi, How hotel got struck by Rb&b. How department stores are closing and people more comfortable in shopping online.
Budi Luhur is preparing for the third wave and upgrading continually teachers professional development with Apple (Story-i) as Authorized Education Reseller. We collaborate to upgrade the teachers. All of us must be relized that everything now connected to the technology.

I invited Bank BNI to come to school to talk about my project and asked them how can BNI support the project. There was a discussion that would be possible to support but again they need to reconfirm more detail about what I am doing.
Meeting up with my School Director

The next day after the 1st Session CESL Face to Face, I went to see my School Director to report what I was doing there and what can I do more for the school development. I talked many things A to Z, however to point is my study is still continuing and I will make a Transformational Project which will make a transformational change to the school.

I didn't ask much for the budget, what I need is more to the support and what I am doing is going to give impact to the others. Ibu Miming agrees about what I will do in the school after I treat her eating Pecak Ikan.
Socialisation of My Project

After I convince my superior, now I need to inform my colleagues. This project is actually my dream since two years ago. I was inspired to watch "google garage" and how google think creatively every single day. I could imagine when the teacher is happy and feel comfortable and has a space to do their work. Things could be much better.
The goal of my project is to increase teacher productivity, creativity and innovation related to teaching learning.
a. Productive : producing things for learning, writing journal, writing a blog, etc
b. Creative : teachers do many things in different way to make teaching learning much more fun
c. Innovative : teachers have ideas for school development and keep growing.
THE GOAL : Keeping up the students enrollment, Keeping up the productive, creative and innovative activity in the classroom, decreasing turn over of teacher.
