My Project:

When I look at my teachers now and 5 years before, I see something change, they look less motivated and only doing their job as a job. They just stay and don't want to move forward. They will move if I gave them instruction. When I ask what's your idea? I don't have any idea, or they will use last year ideas.

I did my conversation with all my teachers every year and I ask them to do reflection about what they did for the last one year and what happen now.

Looking at that I really want to boost my teachers to be more productive, creative and innovative along the way with school development.
