I've been being a teacher for 7 years and a principal for about 7 years. Now I'm taking responsible in Elementary level and teaching at High School students. I also involving in school development and human resource development.

Currently I am making a School Management System for Playgroup-Kindergarten and Elementary level and preparing my teacher to enhance the teaching learning by using ipad in the classroom.

This website is focusing on my Transformational Project on CESL (Certificate in Educational Studies in Leadership). The Programme which organized by UNJ and collaborating with HEAD of Foundation Singapore and University of Queensland.

This Leadership Programme is aiming to create agent of change in their institutional and hopefully will contagion to others and will do make change.
