When teachers enjoying working at school, there are two type of teacher.
First: They tend to feel the comfortable place and don't want to more from the confront zone.
Second: The one that need more challege.
What happen in your school?
Can you mention how many teachers have produce a product or they developing them selves?
Less teachers are making a product or making a small research in their classroom.
What I will do in the school is more to stimulate the teachers and giving them an environment that support them to enhance the ideas of teaching learning.
